1. General Payment Terms

  1. All orders and service engagements are subject to the payment terms specified in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or mutually agreed proposal.
  2. NVERTEX may require an advance payment before commencing production, design, development, procurement of materials, or any other work.
  3. For customized products and services, work will normally commence only after the required advance payment and necessary information/materials have been received from the customer.
  4. The balance payment must be cleared before final delivery, dispatch, handover, deployment, publication, or release of the completed product or service, unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  5. All payments must be made through the payment methods accepted by NVERTEX.


2. Printing & Stamping Orders

  1. Customized printing and stamping orders may require an advance payment before production.
  2. For bulk or specially customized orders, NVERTEX may require full or substantial advance payment before production begins.
  3. Once production has started, the order may not be cancelled except at the sole discretion of NVERTEX and subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
  4. Any additional quantity, material, finishing, design change, or specification requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges.


3. Web Design Services

  1. Website design and development projects will be billed according to the agreed quotation or project milestones.
  2. The project may be divided into advance, development, approval, and final-payment stages.
  3. The final website files, administrative access, deployment, or other deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been cleared.
  4. Domain, hosting, SSL, premium plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, email services, SMS services, third-party software, and similar external services may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.


4. Web Application Development

  1. Web application projects will follow the payment schedule specified in the approved quotation or project agreement.
  2. Development milestones may be linked to specific payments.
  3. Additional features, modifications, integrations, redesigns, reports, APIs, database changes, or other work outside the agreed project scope may be billed separately.
  4. NVERTEX reserves the right to suspend development, hosting, deployment, support, or access to paid services where an invoice remains unpaid.


5. Taxes & Additional Charges

  1. Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as required by law.
  2. Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the customer may be payable separately.
  3. Any bank, payment gateway, transaction, courier, shipping, domain, hosting, API, or other external charges may be charged to the customer where applicable.


6. Delayed Payments

  1. Customers are expected to clear payments within the agreed payment period.
  2. In case of delayed payment, NVERTEX may temporarily suspend production, development, delivery, deployment, hosting, maintenance, or other services until the outstanding amount is cleared.
  3. Any additional costs resulting from prolonged payment delays may be charged separately where applicable.


7. Payment Confirmation

The customer should retain the payment receipt, transaction reference, invoice, or other proof of payment until the transaction has been fully reconciled.

By placing an order or accepting a quotation from NVERTEX, the customer agrees to the applicable payment terms.
